Amid the success of the film 'Awarapan 2', the producer of the film has stated that work has started on the script for 'Jannat 3'.

Prodcuer Vishesh Bhatt recently spoke about 'Jannat 3' during an interview, "Awarapan 2 is one of the film project whichI am working on, same here, 'Jannat 3' is also happening and my work on creating the final concept as well as the script is underway." Which means, work is underway for the film, however, there is no information about when it will be released and shooting schedule is also not given by makers yet.

Will Emraan Hashmi Play 'Arjun Dixit' Again?

The hero in both films - first released in 2008 and then in 2012 - Emraan Hashmi has become popular and fans associate the series with Arjun Dixit. Sonal Chauhan starred with him in 'Jannat', whereas Randeep Hooda, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Emraan starred in the lead. The good news about 'Jannat 3' has come at a time when 'Awarapan 2', the film featuring Emraan Hashmi, is performing brilliantly at the box office. The film has garnered around 27 crore on its opening day, of what is being labelled as 'the biggest opener of Emraan Hashmi's career'. On releasing 14 August, 2026, 'Awarapan 2' collected decent numbers.
