Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra recently enjoyed a relaxing family vacation. Sharing moments from the trip with her fans, Kiara posted an adorable photo of her daughter, Sarayah, on a plane: The actress uploaded an adorable snapshot on her Instagram Stories in which Sarayah’s little hand is seen pointing at a colorful suction-cup toy attached to the plane window.
Kiara captioned the photo with nothing more than a heart emoji.

Kiara Advani and her husband, actor Sidharth Malhotra, welcomed their daughter last July. Recently, the actress opened up about her journey to motherhood and her delivery experience.
Speaking to Raj Shamani, she said: “Nobody talks about the postpartum phase, and it needs to be discussed more… Motherhood is a huge shift in identity. It’s a whole new world, and in that moment, a woman going through this phase often struggles to forgive herself. It takes time. It took me six months… In the last six months, I kept telling myself: ‘Forgive yourself.’ Because you do so much for others that you forget about the relationship you have with yourself – the things you need to say to yourself. For me, my whole life has always been focused on others; what changed after having my baby is that I finally found the time to nurture that essential relationship with myself. And that’s probably the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. After 34 years, I’ve learned to set boundaries. I’ve learned not to criticize myself, because sometimes you’re too hard on yourself about everything you do. I’ve learned not to dwell on my fears. I’ve had to teach myself all these things in the last six months.”
